Bed & Breakfast Prices for 2015

Prices range from £28.00 to £37.50 per adult.

How to Book

Deposits

A deposit of your first night’s stay per room is required to secure your booking however we regret this is non-refundable. We accept deposit payments by card (£1 charge applies) or cheque. Please make cheque payments out to Kingsbridge Guest House, cheques need to arrive 7 working days prior to your arrival date.

On receipt of your deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent to confirm your booking. Please check this carefully and contact us if there are any issues. The balance of your booking is to be paid on arrival by card or cash.

Same Day Bookings

We can only take cash payments for 1 night’s stay. For bookings made on the same day, we will request card details over the telephone, however these will be destroyed upon receiving cash payment on arrival. As the room will be reserved for you, we will take a card payment for 1 nights stay in the event of a no-show.

Check in/out times

Check In

Between 11.00am & 8.00pm, unless arranged otherwise. Please note rooms may not be ready until after 2pm but guests are very welcome to arrive earlier than 2pm to leave their luggage / park their car ( if parking has been arranged).

Check Out

10.00am on departure day, provision for storage of luggage can be arranged. If you have parked your car with us, we kindly ask that you move your car by 10.30am because our limited parking spaces may be required by newly arriving guests.

Smoking Policy

Please bear in mind we are a strictly no smoking premises. An appropriate charge will apply if there is any smoke damage.

Keys

It is the responsibility of the guest to look after their room keys and hand them in on departure. Unfortunately, due to replacement costs, we will have to charge a fee of £20.00 for each external security key lost.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any reservation, at any time, without compensation should guests behave in such a manner to cause nuisance, distress or danger to other guests or damage to the guest house. Only paying guests are allowed to stay in the rooms.

Agreement

On making a booking all guests automatically agree with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights
